Audimatiq Consulting Inc. is an independent consulting (advisory) and technology firm that supports Chartered Professional Accountant / Certified Public Accountant (CPA) firms and Chartered Accountant (CA) firms in advancing their assurance quality and risk management practices. Our services are intentionally and exclusively designed for use by professional accounting firms, and not for the general public, corporate entities, or audit /report users.

We are committed to operating with transparency, integrity, and full alignment with the professional codes of conduct that govern our industry.

Nature of Our Services:

Audimatiq Consulting Inc. provides the following categories of services exclusively to CPA/CA firms:

Technology solutions designed to assist with Systems of Quality Management (SoQM), including dashboards, templates, and file review tools.
Training and education content including courses, playbooks, newsletters, and curated resources for CPA firm personnel.
Consulting and advisory services that focus on the design, implementation, and optimization of assurance quality and risk management systems.
Independent engagement file reviews, performed as a third-party reviewer, providing objective feedback on audit and assurance engagements for internal quality management purposes.
Firm-level SoQM assessments, diagnostic reviews, and recommendations to support readiness for regulatory inspection or internal quality initiatives.

What We Do Not Provide:

Audimatiq Consulting Inc. does not:

Offer audit, review, compilation, or any other regulated assurance services,
Perform public accounting services as defined by regulatory bodies in Canada, the U.S., or other jurisdictions,
Issue reports, opinions, or certifications on financial statements or other financial information,
Act as a CPA firm or represent ourselves as being licensed to perform public accounting,
Provide services directly to the clients of CPA firms or to audit report users.

We do not hold a license to practice public accounting in any province, state, or jurisdiction. Our firm does not provide assurance services to the public, nor do we compete with our CPA firm clients in their core service areas.

Independence and Professional Integrity:

Our role is advisory and educational in nature. When we perform engagement file reviews or SoQM-related reviews, our purpose is to assist CPA firms in meeting their professional obligations under standards such as:

International Standard on Quality Management (ISQM) 1, IAASB
Canadian Standard on Quality Management (CSQM) 1
Statement on Quality Management Standard (SQMS) 1, AICPA
PCAOB QC 1000 (U.S.)

We do not act as a substitute for internal or external audit personnel. All feedback and insights are delivered in a manner that maintains objectivity and professional skepticism and respects the boundaries of professional independence and confidentiality.

CPA Regulatory Position:

Audimatiq Consulting Inc. is not registered with CPA Ontario, CPA Canada, the AICPA, or any U.S. state board of accountancy. Any individual affiliated with Audimatiq who is a member in good standing with a CPA regulatory body provides services strictly through the corporate entity and not in the capacity of a licensed practitioner of public accounting.

𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐔𝐍𝐃 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘:

Cancellations received on or 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 2 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬 preceding the event date are 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞, 𝘴𝘶𝘣𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘺𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘴.

Cancellations between 1-2 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬 preceding the event date are 50% 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞, 𝘴𝘶𝘣𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘺𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘴.

𝐍𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬 will be issued for any cancellations made 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞.

Registrations may be transferred to another participant from the same firm at no charge if requested in writing prior to the event.

In the unlikely event of program cancellation or rescheduling by Audimatiq Consulting Inc., registrants may choose a full refund or apply the payment as credit toward a future event.
