Audimatiq Consulting Inc. is an independent consulting (advisory) and technology firm that supports Chartered Professional Accountant / Certified Public Accountant (CPA) firms and Chartered Accountant (CA) firms in advancing their assurance quality and risk management practices. Our services are intentionally and exclusively designed for use by professional accounting firms, and not for the general public, corporate entities, or audit /report users.

We do not hold a license to practice public accounting in any province, state, or jurisdiction. Our firm does not provide assurance services to the public, nor do we compete with our CPA firm clients in their core service areas.
Our role is advisory and educational in nature. When we perform engagement file reviews or SoQM-related reviews, our purpose is to assist CPA firms in meeting their professional obligations under standards such as:
We do not act as a substitute for internal or external audit personnel. All feedback and insights are delivered in a manner that maintains objectivity and professional skepticism and respects the boundaries of professional independence and confidentiality.
Audimatiq Consulting Inc. is not registered with CPA Ontario, CPA Canada, the AICPA, or any U.S. state board of accountancy. Any individual affiliated with Audimatiq who is a member in good standing with a CPA regulatory body provides services strictly through the corporate entity and not in the capacity of a licensed practitioner of public accounting.

Cancellations received on or 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 2 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬 preceding the event date are 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞, 𝘴𝘶𝘣𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘺𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘴.
Cancellations between 1-2 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬 preceding the event date are 50% 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞, 𝘴𝘶𝘣𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘺𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘴.
𝐍𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬 will be issued for any cancellations made 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞.
Registrations may be transferred to another participant from the same firm at no charge if requested in writing prior to the event.
In the unlikely event of program cancellation or rescheduling by Audimatiq Consulting Inc., registrants may choose a full refund or apply the payment as credit toward a future event.
For the purposes of this policy, “event” refers to any in-person, virtual, or hybrid professional learning, training, or networking program hosted or facilitated by Audimatiq Consulting Inc., including but not limited to conferences, workshops, webinars, and continuing professional development (CPD) sessions such as UNIQ: The Quality First CPA Conference.
